Rocksteady mantle not obtainable

Hello everyone, I just finished the Black Flame story quest and went to the Windward Plains. Im playin with 3 friends, all of them received the mantle but somehow Gemma did not have an Questsymbol for me, when I talk to her she just let me craft or talk, but wont give mt the mantle. Did anyone else had that problem?

She handed me the mantle in the Keeper's portion of Wyveria after a permanent base camp is set up there.

I complete all quests but still not received the last 3 mantles (mending, evasion and corrupted)....

Same for me, haven't recieved the last 3 and I have done all the story and optional quest

Has any one found a fix for this. I'm in endgame and never received it.
