I play in high with balanced dlss and the game is gorgous
I mean everyone by now knows that RE Engine sucks when it comes to open worlds, just look at Dragon Dogma 2 ROFL
Just use regular textures on high settings until the patch comes out, you won't lose anything in terms of graphics. Considering that in statics the difference is almost invisible, in dynamics it won't be there at all

I saw all the different textures and for a tiny difference you get a MASSIVE destruction to your FPS.
What patch btw?
As someone who share the same spec, i can vouch that 4070 run great with the game (Without 70GB HD texture of course). No crash, game run great and beautiful. All settings max with 1440/1080 resolution borderless windowed.
Even skyrim can look better than that.
Requiring 16GB of VRAM is insane and its stupid that you can't have it only for gears and characters.
