stuck in chapter 2-1

So anyone having this problem that at the beginning of the mission where you follow the group with seikrets to Azuz you just stand still at one point?

I looked up videos of this chapter and your character isn't supposed to stop. I also can't leave the mission and retrying just ends up happening again. (so soft locked)
I also tried lowering graphic settings and updating drivers.

my pc: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
NVIDEA RTX 3070
RAM: 16 GB

hey i had the same issue but luckily one of my friends suggested that I go into the game files delete a random file and then verify the integrity of the game on steam and then relaunched it and worked right after for me

I heard deleting Windows even helps with Performance Issues!

You dont even need to delete any file, just run verify. Seems a file is missing and it will be re downloaded
