Well that changes it a bit as laptops just aren't the same as desktops. But still I imagine you should be capable of running it.
It's got 10 cores 16 threads an alright clock speed. Nothing top tier but i imagine the right settings it is playable. Depending on your preferences of course.
Limited? No, bottlenecked by lower end? Yes lol
Never ever buy a gpu with less vram than its previous gen, never ok?
