Stuck going into the forest all game progress stopped

Has anyone ran into a problem going into the forest for the first time? I am on the mission going into the forest and just before going into the opening of the forest the seikret no longer moves forward. It just moves continues walking in place while my companions continue on, though Alma gets stuck in the same place for about a minute before disappearing.

I have tried restarting the mission, restarting the game with no luck. Unable to return to camp. All game progress is stopped.

My friend had the same trouble. They just ended up waiting a while and after more dialogue they moved forward again. It was probably the game just loading the forest area

Im having the same issue rn with no luck.

I ended up getting past it by switching to a different computer. I dont know. Drivers updated various changes in graphics settings. Problem PC had a AMD 7900XT. Used a laptop with a GTX 3070 and it worked.

Also Crashing entering the forest. updated everything on 4090. still crashing will check back tomorrow

I have the exactly same issue. I am stuck in a crash loop. I have a 9600x + 6950xt. You are not alone, dude 😅

Having the same issue where the seikrit is just walking in place. Alma gets to teleport past this invisible wall but I am not so fortunate. Should I just let the game run overnight and let it run in place in hopes I’ll get to progress?

I’m probably just gunna play on ps5 until they fix their broken game.

I didn't have any problem going in the first time or on story quests, but just getting crashes when trying to start a free quest there. Gonna try fast travelling there and starting the quest after.

Seems the forest is causing issues for a number of people.

Look straight down while you're entering.
My friend had the same issue and crashed 4 times until he tried that.

The first transition is on the seikret on rails. No way to move it around.

I had the same issue and the issue was to uninstall and reinstall

THIS FIXED IT. All I did was reinstall and it worked just fine. Anyone dealing with this being stuck on the seikrit should try to reinstall.
