There is nothing to do sadly it's their own servers exploding because 700k players logged in
silly question but do you have a antivirus such as norton

found myself having a couple issues on mh world with it and had to delete it for it to somewhat work better . although i do not want to go through all that trouble again

I finally found a kind of fix for it. Have some disconnects still but i can now post Quests and play them with my friends!

So now to the Fix:

- I deleted one file from the game folder and pressed "verify game files" (at first it didnt find any but after deleting ONE file it found 6 somehow)

- I installed the following "mods":
REframework mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/93
DirectStorage Update: https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/127

- Changed 2 Config settings:
Use the one from Nexus Mods -> https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterwilds/mods/91?tab=description
Many say it wont do much. but it helped for me. Probably as correcting a typo in the Config resets the setting to the engines default.

- i patched the DLSS and Frame Gen to the latest versions with the DLSS-Swapper
https://github.com/beeradmoore/dlss-swapper/releases/tag/v1.1.6

This literally made the framerates more stable on my system.

AND NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT PART:

- Port forwarding

Go into your Router -> find the setting where you can add ports that should be open.

first i checked my ipv6 network adress of my pc:
Open the windows menu by pressing the windows key and just enter CMD
enter "ipconfig"
look at your local ipv6 adress
in my case there was a different adress given so i entered the one according to my CMD-Window

add the following ports depending on the plattfom you play on (in my case i took the "all plattforms as i play on PC):
https://www.monsterhunter.com/support/wilds/en/faq/detail/041

in my case i entered the following:

Application: Custom
Protocol: TCP/UDP (depends on the port you open - look at the page)
Port Range:
- For TCP you fill all ports with the same number. -> 80 in all 3 fields for instance.
- UDP is a range most of the time. So you enter:
30840 to 30859
30840 (only enter the one port)

As i finally opened these ports correctly it started to work for me. Hell i spent so much time to make it work as i want to stream it on twitch with my friends and it completly f*cked me up xD

Cannot go more into detail as its way to much to explain. in case you dont know how to port forward. Go to YouTube and watch one or two videos. Maybe look for your router brand aswell. i have a FritzBox. Can only help you with that, just in case.

Hope you can resolve that problem aswell,
Cheers!

Yeah i also have some errors still but at least i can join my friends now. Rest is 100% on Capcom side. everything else doesnt make sense i guess.
I'm trying to open the ports on my router, but I have two fields "source zone WAN" "destination zone LAN" how should I configure those for the TCP and UPD ports, is the default correct?
