Blurry textures on npc clothing?

Lot of npcs are wearing PS2 clothes it seems. Very visible on Jack for example. Does the high res texture pack change that?

I wouldn't recommend downloading the High Resolution Texture Pack. After looking at the comments under the texture pack DLC, a lot of people are saying that the download is either breaking their game or tanking their performance. In my game the only main issue I've had it an npc's clothing being low res for like 2 seconds during the start of a cutscene, before changing to high res. Hopefully they can fix that with a patch, they did thankfully fix the ghosting with frame gen since the beta.

The high resolution texture pack requires 16gb of vram minimum. Unfortunately I only have 12gb so not going to download it myself even though some of the textures really are trash!

That's just how the texture are sadly even when the texture aren't bugging out it they look horrible some things look like there from the PS3 era.
