Yes, the optimization is not good, but people saying they play on 3080/4070, crying and having 'unplayable" fps, is just insane to me, I play this on 4060 laptop gpu, having stable 60FPS all the way through with everything on high, outside combat I have 90FPS, the ammount of people crying is insane and I dont get how with such "high spec" PC's u get only 40FPS as most of yall say... Get a grip lol

you can't blame him use ryzen 3600, you should tell capcom set the minimum line to i9-13900k if 3600 would cause performance issue.

I agree, i tried to read some user reviews and i don't know if they lack tech knowledge or if they just don't read the specs or they don't know how to build a pc or check what they have as bottleneck...

let's assume (and it doesn't work like that for everything but just using stats and charts): a 3080 have +50% than a 2060.
The game specs DECLARE a 2060 with framegen can have a performance of 60fps @ 1080p with medium settings/details.
Now let's do the math: with FrameGeneration means that a 2060 can't perform 60fps,
Let's assume without FrameGen perform 30fps @1080p medium settings. That means a 3080 have +50%ca so = medium settings, NO FrameGen, @1080p = fps 30 + 15 (50%) = 45fps.
Now...the stats and math suppose that if you play the game with a 3080 at medium @ 1080p with FrameGen you can run it at 60fps and maybe turn SOME details at high (or the choice is yours: raise the resolution and keep at medium if the gpu can handle it).

That's pretty much...so i will be very glad if i can read a review with real details and ability "to write a proper review": your resolution and details/graphic options, your system, your OS matters as your VRAM and RAM/DDR/SDRAM what latency times (because you can have 32gb RAM at 6000mhz and perform bad if the latency times (CL16/CL30 and so on).

Also just prove with a screenshot with stats that the game lack optimization:
it means that CPU and GPU are both running under 100% and you have poor performance.
If either the cpu runs at 100% or the GPU means that one can't handle it.

As somebody else wrote: you want to play a 2025 videogame with an obsolete GPU released in september 2020 as the 3080...a 5 years old GPU (by release date so the technology used for the 3080 is a 2019 tech).

As somebody can notice most op people think at their "high-end pc" but in 2025's a low-medium tier pc.

Review bombs are the only way to tell the developers that there are issues with a game so they can rush to fix it.

Giving positive reviews when there are issues will make the developers think that their game is Sugoi, no issues, and they will not fix it. This is called a real stupid.

True you got them , even youtubers reviewing the game and gaming websites are on it , they are all review bombing 1 of the most beloved franchise in gaming , it's only you and some people that think 30 fps with no frame genaration is ok.
