Steam Deck Results
Steam Deck OLED:
Turned on Proton Experimental and set the preset to Lowest with Ultra Performance.

30 FPS Cutscenes and 25-27 FPS in-game. It looks garbage, but it runs well enough given that I didn't expect it to run on the Deck at all.

Is your steamdeck overclocked, or just running factory?

Running factory. Only change is I have the game installed on an SD Card
Lmao, imagine complaining about your high-end gaming rig not being able to play this, when this guy has it working, day one, zero support, on a steam deck.

I have never been more confident that most Gamers are simply tech-illiterate.

Probably would run even better (or run the same but look better) on rog ally.

Rog Ally X owner here. Can't give a proper answer to this since Denuvo is garbage, it *did* run decently enough for the little bit of time I had with it.

I could have more problems down the line, but I was able to get through the opening cutscenes and Balahara chase with minimal frame drops (like it was still at 25-27 in the gameplay areas) and got to the oasis to test the weapons before I had to stop for work. I'll give an update when I can play more.

Very impressive, I'd be interested to hear the results of heavy gameplay, especially on battery life.

Sure! I'm not expecting anything more than an hour though. The game is a beast and the OLED is definitely not up to spec

Well he got banned, but if anyone else is curious. I'm getting a projected battery life of 1h 51m at 80% after hunting Chatacabra in the opening.
