Im using a logitech headset, and so I eventually i decided to update my logitech software to G-hub (was using the old logitech gaming software cause g-hub never worked before) and now Wilds' voices are working correctly in the headset.
If you are using a logitech headset I can recommend trying g-hub to see if it works, but if you are not then see if it works normally with another audio device.
Thanks man, you got me on the right track!
I checked, changed and changed back my settings in my soundblaster control panel as well as windows 3D audio, windows audio enhancements and removed a secondary audio device.
Now i don't know why the game would output via multiple devices or run surround/3D sound when i didn't have it active at all, but who knows...
