Bugged voice track?
Anyone else have 60% of the subtitled voices not playing, or playing at 10% volume?

For example, the handlers (alma's) voice is missin 80% of the time for me, while i could hear the background characters in a cutscene.

I already restarted the game and the computer, changed audio settings around. Didn't find a solution. (Headphone-setting)

Edit: During the first dialogue options in the village, voices are at 5% while the music has normal volume. Weird. Voices are all at 80 in my settings.

I had something similar happening to me. When I try to use my headphones all the dialog would be quiet to nonexistent. But if i switch to my speakers everything was normal.

Im using a logitech headset, and so I eventually i decided to update my logitech software to G-hub (was using the old logitech gaming software cause g-hub never worked before) and now Wilds' voices are working correctly in the headset.

If you are using a logitech headset I can recommend trying g-hub to see if it works, but if you are not then see if it works normally with another audio device.

Thanks man, you got me on the right track!
I checked, changed and changed back my settings in my soundblaster control panel as well as windows 3D audio, windows audio enhancements and removed a secondary audio device.

Now i don't know why the game would output via multiple devices or run surround/3D sound when i didn't have it active at all, but who knows...

Im using audeze maxwells and having quiet audio. Not quite what you described, but it does sound like some channels aren't coming through correctly. I've tried multiple audio settings too. Almost sounds muffled, like my character has hearing loss trauma.

I also have a Audeze Maxwell and I am experiencing this issue.
i'm on PS5. i have a higher pitch set normally but in cs' i've noticed a few times the voice pitch deepens to a very low level
