High Resolution Texture Pack worth it?

Does it look much different? Does it hurt performance?

I am on a 4090.

I downloaded the pack, and it runs terribly on the "highest" setting. But I realized, that even without using the highest resolution setting, it still improves a lot of the textures in the game, and runs great.

If you have the VRAM for it.

I have a 6800XT, and yes it makes a lot of the textures much better.

1440P

High Preset with the following sub-settings/changes
16x filtering,
Highest Textures
FSR Quality
Frame gen

In the main camp I'm anywhere from 110-130fps


For reference my benchmark settings with this in the beta was 78fps without frame gen, and 142 with frame gen.

I'm on 4090 fsr quality Frame gen on all ultra 120-200fps but when I turnt on "highest textures" it constantly freezes and stutters every couple of seconds like totally breaks the game why is this?

7900gre user here, it's not worth it for me, caused lag.
