This happened with dragons dogma 2 also. I get people love their franchises and wan't to protect their beloved franchises, and this game looks incredible but the developer is lying to you with his recommended specs to run the game stable.
To be fair, a 5090 is a literal toaster...
I have a release day NVIDIA 4080 with an I7 11700k 32gb ram If you haven't had one stutter and have consistently stayed at 60 to 70 i think you are lying. open world outside of towns is a mess the frames drop massively.
