It's PC, PC Gamer's care about stability and being able to run the game without crashing and playing at a decent frame rate. If optimization is bad on a PC game you will be eaten alive by PC Gamer's. It's really that simple, the game isn't optimized has visual bugs and stuttering with memory leaks. Some people can't even run the game what do you think is going to happen? Capcom is horrible with PC games they are a console first developer.

This happened with dragons dogma 2 also. I get people love their franchises and wan't to protect their beloved franchises, and this game looks incredible but the developer is lying to you with his recommended specs to run the game stable.

I'm not too surprised that my rig is choking and dying on it on medium settings. I'm a little surprised that I can turn it down to PS2 fidelity and still not break 25 FPS. I'm a lot more surprised to see people with 3070's and 4070's who can't hit 60 FPS.

I have a release day NVIDIA 4080 with an I7 11700k 32gb ram If you haven't had one stutter and have consistently stayed at 60 to 70 i think you are lying. open world outside of towns is a mess the frames drop massively.
