Honestly, take a close look at most of the people commenting "no". They don't own the game and a lot of them are basing their opinions on streamers they watch and the popular youtube review opinion of the month. I'm someone who has not played a lot of monster hunter games and I find the combat and gameplay pretty fun. The game definitely has performance issues (I'm on a 4080 and I feel it) and multiplayer is a bit wonky to get into. If you can look past this though the game itself is actually really enjoyable if you're a fan of upgrading your character gear incrementally and big boss fights.
