Shakey/Jittery Animations when talking to poeple
Anyone else getting really bad Shakey/Jittery Animations when talking to people in or out of cut scenes. Me and a couple friends are noticing it but only some of us.

any suggestions on a fix

Yep, not sure what the cause is, possibly frame generation might massage it away - but I disabled that due to some of the UI being wrongly smeared, which is incredibly amateur stuff....
I have the same issue. I don't know whats causing it
same here been driving me crazy
I switched to FSR from DLSS with frame gen enabled and gained like 50 FPS and it seems the npc stutter has also stopped in cutscenes
I have been having the same issue. It is really awful and kills the story elements in the game for me.

So I just tried this and I experienced the same results as you! No more jittery animations of characters while talking to them up close. FPS shot up much higher. For those reading this and are curious, I am using a 3080, Intel i5 10600K 4.1 GHz, and most of my settings are set to High with a few exceptions like cloud quality, distant shadow quality, and a couple others. My upscaling mode is also set to Quality.

FSR does not stop it, i dont like frame gen tho never tried it, feels bad playwise.
