For anyone who encounters this error and cannot connect to an online game, try the following:
1. Quit the game
2. Disable all applications that affect the network connection (Zapret, Godbuy DPI, VPN Etc)
3. Start the game again.

Try also disabling your antivirus. Also, restart your PC, some programs continue to run in the background. Well, of course, don’t forget to disable autorun if you have it enabled.
