Own the Deluxe edition, but didn't get any of the bonus content?

It shows the DLC as owned on the steam store, but it wasn't in my "Claim content" nor is it in my inventory/storage by default. If I try to access something like the pendant, it tells me to buy it again from the steam store.

I was missing some of it as well, even after checking the equivalent of the "mailman" vendor and accepting some of the packages and stuff. Not sure if it's a capcom server issue or just some of it didn't wanna work, but I stopped a little bit ago and verified my files, along with toggling them off and back on. Hoping that fixes it.

Same with me. Did not receive my feudal armor or my seikret armors along with a few other things missing, but have went to my purchase history and confirmed a deluxe edition purchase. Hopefully they figure out what the issue is, if I find a solution i will update.
