Man, Dauntless is better than this

Feels like we are just milking monster hunter at this point. Maybe some fresh ideas would benefit the series, rather than another one with some new monsters and new weapons.

The wound system, dauntless had that.
Backup Weapons? Yeah Dauntless has weapon switching on hunt maps.
Armor isn't gender locked? Dauntless has that.
SOS Flares? Yeah Dauntless has that.


It's just more Monster Hunter, i mean if you enjoy playing the same game for over a decade, Godspeed to you.

I do agree it's dead on steam, but it's been dead for eons here. Everyone's over on console. Stats just read 2k+ players an hour ago. They reworked the entire game and people flooded back. That's better numbers than a lot of co-op games these days. Even modern ones.

OH! That sucks, well RIP to an absolute legend of a game. Felt like a faster paced (good) monster hunter game. Was refreshing after playing what feels like the same damn game for ages now.

It just dropped in December on Steam, so most of the players are over on console. It's sad that it's getting shut down, but it's far from dead currently.
