Am I poor?
will my rx 5600 xt (6gb vram), ryzen 5 3600, and 16gb of ram be able to run this ?

Depends on what you are willing to accept. I have a Ryzen 3600 and a GTX 1660 Super and if I run at 1080p, lowest settings, turn off all the frame gen stuff etc, I can hit a pretty stable 45-60fps. I played World(different hardware at the time) with that and it was fine. So long as the fps is consistent, you'll have a pretty okay time if you are willing to accept that the game is poorly optimized and looks like hot garbage(with everything turned down) for a 2025 game.

oh nice, I was thinking run it at 720p and upscale to 1080p using radeon super resolution that way I could try running some thing at medium.

I basically have the same specs with mid-high setting (which the game automatically lowers during the gameplay sometimes) and FSR (quality) with frame gen on. I get like 70+ fps but the game looks blurry af sometimes. Still fun to play though. Hopefully they will find a way to optimize it for 6gb somehow cause looking at that triangualr terrain is a pain
