Reminder about DLSS4.
You can force it via the Nvidia app for all Nvidia cards down to the 2k series. It makes a pretty hefty difference if you're using DLSS. Just select the game, go to DLSS model preset, select latest and that's it. You're on DLSS4 even if the game uses 3.5 (Which it did in the beta/benchmark.) Enjoy the game, Hunters!

Thanks. Will do that.
Wasn't aware DLSS 4 isn't coming with it out of the box.

Dunno if it is or isn't, just know the benchmark was 3.5.

From what I've googled, Capcom didn't receive any 50 series cards to play with. It's coming out with DLSS 3.7 or something.

Well, good thing Nvidia gave us the force option then xD. I forced FF7 Rebirth to use it and it's a night and day difference.

Assuming Nvidia App supports the game / has it whitelisted.
When Avowed launched in early access it wasn't available to change in there.

But to your point - DLSS 4 is incredible.

I know people on steam love to consider DLSS a sin against gaming but for many its an absolute godsent. It means i can push more out of my hardware and keep gaming at 4K. DLSS 4 means i can now drop down to performance and have image quality as good as it looked with DLSS 3.5 set to quality. This is an absolutely HUGE saving on render power and allows me to get smoother frames and push higher visual settings.

How did you do that?
In my Nvidia app Final Fantasy doesn't have the settings to override.

in benchmark i couldn't make dlss work and had to use the amd one (i have rtx2070).
Is it the reason why ?
AMD fsr -> 100 fp average
Nvidia dlss -> struggle to keep 60

DLSS (even 4) is so bad I'd rather just downscale the game than have invisible stuttering and fake frames

Updated the app, opened graphics panel, selected FF7 rebirth, selected DLSS model preset, set to latest and done.

This.
Call of Duty Black OPS 6 is not available to change it either.
If this is the case with Wilds, then i guess we could try DLSS Swapper.

Possibly, though the driver update specifically states it is for Naraka blade point's DLSS4.

It also says additionally and has MH wilds underneath it, so we will see when it launches!
Quite significant quality drop in MHW Benchmark Build-in DLSS.
Let's see if we still need this Override after the full game launched
