Set your settings to use AMD's upscaling even if you're Nvidia/intel
I'm running this game on Hardware from 2012-2014. I get an average FPS on low settings of 88+ on high settings 77+.

I know this sounds stupid but try it, set your system to use the AMD upscaling, turn frame gen on, crank the settings, and go EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AN AMD USER. Just trust me.

HOW TO DO IT
Benchmark -> Options -> The middle one with all the settings -> Upscaling set it to AMD FSR -> Below that frame gen -> ON!

I'm serious, this is my "high" settings. It says custom because I always turn bloom and depth of field off in games. I hate it.

If you still don't believe me I'll run on default high settings.

layman here. would be grateful if you can provide step by step tutorial to do that.
It's a trap!

Yea, using nvidia gpu with AMD upscaling and their framegen boost fps to 150

I'm not kidding. It says custom because I always turn bloom off in games.

If I get it, I will have to do that because Frame gen doesn't work on DLSS for me with my 3080, lol.

Then test.

Try it, it will blow you away.
Orrrr just don't use upscaling

Turning off upscaling and frame gen results in <30 fps for me.
just use the mod to get dlss frame gen. It'll let you use it on 20 and 30 series cards
2060 super is not a 2012 hardware

The problem is FSR looks way worst and more sloppy than DLSS+FG...I've tried all the different upscalers in Cyberpunk in a 4080 TI and the classics just work better "in general". Yes, FSR gave me slightly better FPS, but it gave me ghosting and distorting, along with a handful or artifacts here and there, while DLSS at quality did not give me anything weird.

PS: Your hardware doesn't support full blown DLSS 4+Frame Gen, no wonder you get such big results from FSR in comparison...

People still think FG and DLSS 4 is only a software limitation you can skip...Dear god.

Ya, thats what i just saw too.
If you need to use a crutch like frame gen
just go buy a console and enjoy not worrying about all this stuff.
No, I will only use nukem's dlssg-to-fsr3 mod, as it perfectly supports nvidia Reflex to reduce the input lag of FSR frame generation, and can be paird with superior DLSS 4 upscaling to surpass native render quality, FSR 3 upscaling is awful.
