Game will not preload\download. Eats up network, doesn't install.

Network usage maxes out like I'm DLing, but doesn't actually progress installation. Anyone else?

That's normal.
It'l say 0% until it's fully download and then it'l be incripted and you won't be able to see the files.

Same thing here, but it changes between a 60GB update, to a full download of the whole amount. Guess all one can do is wait till that grey play button turns green finally

preload doesn't install the game.It puts an encrypted file in the predownload directory. The file is unusable without the 128 character incryption key.
