Game seems to be the same thing as world
I don't see a big difference. Same game play, weapons, even all the icons look the same. Just more of the same.

Yep. So true. And we're going to put in another 1000 hours into this one as well.

ofc its, were u expecting anything different. except few new additions everything is same.

Yeah, it's Monster Hunter. This franchise has been pretty much the same since 2004, and all the better for it.

I mean yeah, that's why people are so hyped about it. If i wanted to play something different, then i'll buy a different game and don't expect well established franchises to go completely off rails.

You realize that is nothing new. All the games up to like tri used the same stuff and even then tri used a lot from the first game, even mhgu uses a lot of assets from the first game. Why would you expect wilds to not use stuff from World which is only 2 games old.
What were you expecting? A battle Royale? Live service carve n shoot?

Why would I buy it then, Have not even finished world.

New monsters, more quality of life features, no tenderize mechanic. Really though just preference. I still play MHTri on the wii more than any of the current monster hunter games, because it has my favorite monster, and thats the good thing about the monster hunter series

Yeah except with less launch monsters, more casualized gameplay/systems, and a even more forced story with the cringest characters/writing I have seen in a modern capcom game. Like the low rank story is like your playing a movie game outside of monster fights of course.

I'm sitting hear watching some people stream the intro of the game and holy crap, the story/characters is the most generic bland, non interesting thing I have ever seen.

Who at Capcom thought this was interesting?

OP has a point though, they could have done something different and turn Wilds into a water polo game.

there re no guidelines to a game's worth which differs player to player, so ,yes indeed, why would you?especially if you literally didnt bother to finish basically same thing.

I love worlds but honestly from what ive seen of it so far, it looks very meh and easy.
The visuals look meh too despite the hike in hardware needs

Dont buy it then. Finish world. World is great. Rise is a lot of fun too and quite different. Older MH games are great as well like generations ultimate which still has online active. Play all those and enjoy and if you still want to fight more new monsters and farm cool new gear then get wilds. By the time you are finished with all them there will also likely be tons of new content added to wilds for you to boot. :)
