Does not look like it, i'm guess cosmetics will be sold by the bundle though.

they probably release the base first, then work on expansion, once ready they will offer season pass

They won't cost too munch individually. If they are around the same price as Worlds cosmetics. I'm happy to pay $1.99 - $3.99 for a nice weapon charm.

That's if they sell them all individually. Rise sold packs at $20±10

A friend got it on console already and its now unlocked in his area. He said there is a 60 Season pass. If that is translated right in his currency.
