Thankfully the buffs don't last very long if you do that. Ideally they would have the buffs drop off immediately after switching.
B) skills work differently in Wilds with there being weapon and armor skills making the swap mechanic not as bad as it could be.
C) supposedly (no source provided), Capcom's design intent for the weapon swap was to be for two of the same weapon type (like two Greatswords) with different elements/statuses with the bonus of being able to bring two different weapon types (like Greatsword and Bow).
Personally, I see no use for the "bring two different weapons" as I decide the weapon for my hunt before my hunt starts. I can see a use case for a status+raw/element of one weapon though, like starting with Paralysis/Sleep SnS, once the resistance is built up after a paralysis/sleep or two, swap to a Raw/Element to finish the hunt.
Edit: and your English isn't bad. No need to apologize for knowing a second language.
