Should I wait for sale?

I don't see it going on down for less than 45 bucks during the first few sales, but you were able to get the game around that much from some official resellers.

It takes time to release all the updates and event quests before announcing the DLC, so that waiting until DLC announcement, when you will see a base game sale will be a good time to start playing this game. Around that time, more optimization and bugs fixing are also expected.

But keep in mind that upgrading your gear little by little.

Do not upgrade for this game, high end even has issues on it.

High end still does not even have any in game optimization specially DLSS related. Of course, some users still see their system not fully optimized. But around the time for DLC annoucement, whole the situation will improve. (unless nvidia really tries to end 30 series, which is unlikely).
