dont worry, but still place a ♥♥♥♥ bucket under your chair, just in case. some monsters do have lightning fast jumpscare kinda attacks.
Buuut I'm not sure if Khezu is even in this title.
Edit: I should also mention there's a mechanic that if anything frightens you, you can literally fling poop at it to make it run away. It's used to keep other monsters from interfering in fights.
Jokes aside, not really. This isn't a horror game, so no jumpscares (besides annoying tipps from the handler)
I mean, Gore/Shagararu Magala are conceptually just Eldricht horrors too. But tbh all of these creatures are kinda balanced out when you realize their behaviors are based on combinations of real world animals in alot of cases.
i cant think anything else more spooky than these atm, even then they re just menacing more than scary.
i mean mh dont have monstrosities with disgusting deformations like resident evil, warhammer and 40k lores have.
Beta had an arachnophobia toggle, but we aren't sure what it changes yet.
