Yeah, so you are saying Wilds is a dead simple. Got it.
But I think the biggest adversary was not the monsters but the controls and combat system.
Not to mention if performance isn't crisp, you are struggling.
New players are gonna cart here in LR, just like they carted to Tobi and Anja in LR.
MH games don't release with Master/G rank hunts. They release on a DLC
Reviewer says game is too easy compared to world
You: Everyone is wrong!!!!!!!!
It's only hard if you make it hard. As I said in another post.
You can blow up
Put to sleep
Debilitate
Poison
Remove lethality.
Debuff
Trap
Paralyze
Use the envirorment
Use other monsters
OR call in support from your fellow players with quests and or SoS
You make it hard by choosing to make it harder on you, by being the only target. Of course a big hulking monster is going to give you a challenge if you don't us the mass amount of arsenal and tools/utilities the developers put in your disposal.
Do you know how many people use demon drugs/stamina drinks and general right food buffs for specific ssituations in MH games? The numbers aren't high, I can assure you of that and why is that? They have to go out of their way to farm the mats and most people, just don't wanna do that, but those that do? They are the people killing the monster quicker than you can unsheath your weapon most of the time.
Yes, a majority of players who think these games are hard do not use the options for them during hunts. It's very sad to see players just ignore all the gameplay systems, and they are the loudest vocal minority in attempting to tell others how to play the game. Very sad.
It's pretty obvious, that Capcom made WIlds even more casual than World to bring in new players again.
Which is fine. The veteran players will get challenged when they add additional difficulty modifiers or new monsters. Hooking other players not used to the franchise is more important (Imo) because it grows the community. It worked for Elden ring, so why not MH?
I agree, it's sad that the game is evolving in this direction but the majority of players prefer this type of evolution. It's clear when you consider the respons on this post.
We just have to accept it and move on.
