Lossless Scaling
Did anyone try it out with this game, i usually get better results than with built in features.

Tried in the beta, it not only fixed the blurred image but heavily improved performance with almost no input lag

I'll be sure to give it a try then, seems like i might hit 120fps after all

Lossless Scaling could be ineffective due to the game being extremely CPU heavy. Depends on what CPU you have. Lossless Scaling generates frames using the CPU. There could be no room for LS to function correctly due to the game already being strangled. Your best using the in-game frame generation that takes place on the GPU. However when the game drops feel free to give LS a go regardless. At the very least you could learn something new experimenting is fun.

The beta had my cpu running at top speeds, but the benchmark only went up to about 55% 65% usage in task manager, i'll try it out. And im still not overclocked, getting about 35-45° farenheit so thats a possibility.

Ive got an I5 12k series, cant really look it up rn. But its decent

Lossless scaling in my experience has been running better than either Nvidia or Amd's Framegen options.

I forced DLSS4 and used Lossless and got a non-blurry 120 FPS experience during the beta.

Same for me, did miracles in Stalker 2, it was so damn ugly and stuttery on my rig i couldnt do anything with the built in features (DLAA and some outdated DLSS version probably, i cant remember).
Still dignt play more than a few hours, but at least it was fluid and not too aliased

Interesting im screenshoting your response to remember to try this out, theres a DLL swapper for DLSS on github nah ?

I have a RTX 4090 paired with a 5800X3D both are undervolted for better performance and temps. I will test LS at launch to see how LS stacks up to Nvidia FG. I think it depends really on a game by game basis in my experience. You can force all games to use DLSS4 using a tool called NvidiaProfileInspectorRevamped on git-hub. It allows me to set all games globally to use DLSS4 so I don't have to open a tool every time I play a new game. However you could also use DLSS Swapper.

Im going to have to read about overclocking and undervolting, ik the basics but i wont do it unless i fully understand the concept. Dont want to fry my board or smtn

Overclocking has been dead for years. Undervolting is what you should look into for stable clock and frame graphs. Just my GPU alone went from 62c to 52c. Massive temp changes same go for the CPU. Just go to youtube and look for guides for your hardware and go from there. It can appear scary at first but it's trivial once you get the hang of it. Have a good day.

I tried it with some default settings (I think), and it's quite an improvement. With DLSS off in game settings I can only reach 60-70fps but with Lossless Scaling I can reach 120fps. (3080Ti 2560x1440).

IF you got a second GPU even a older one will work like a RX580 plug that bad boy in your GPU then you can set Lossless to use that GPU to generate the frames instead so your main GPU won't get hit with as big of a input delay and a performance hit while your main GPU is using all of it's resources for the game.

Do I need to install both drivers if I use both amd and nvidia?

amd has a driver only option aka no stupid bloat software i dun think nvidia has that but yes u need drivers regardless
