Lmao they don't have support for 16:10. We'd be lucky if they even consider it.
The current year doesn't mattter if almost no one has 32:9 screens
It's implemented through mods only at least until this point. 21:9 is "kinda" supported, but needs a mod too to make it really usable. But cutscenes are at least not cropped to 16:9. Doubtful the final version is better supported than benchmark and beta, but we can hope.
REframework had an option for the 32:9 ultrawide Blackbars ! Go To nexus Mods for blackbar removal :)

reframework doesnt work. its still grey bars on 21:9. i have a 16:9 monitor but this shouldnt be a problem.

You are aware you need to apply the settings ingame on the little menu that pops up, right?
(See my screenshots and video example - you need to configure it)

You do not need all of them only 3 of them. Ultrawide, centered Ui adn 200-300% zoomout.
Everyone else managed to do that, just not you. I think the issue is not the mod here.

You could simply download the benchmark and see ultrawidescreen works just fine just like I. Other RE engine type games.
