Typically games on PS5 would be playing at a mix of mid-high graphical settings compared to PC.
Below are the PS5 targets.
Prioritize Resolution - 3072 x 1728 - Raytracing Disabled - Target: 30fps
Balanced - 2496 x 1404 - Raytracing Disabled - Target: 40fps
Prioritize Framerate - 1920 x 1080 - Raytracing Disabled - Target: 60fps
With your benchmark results, it is likely you would definitely be able to get a playable experience with the max graphics settings you have chosen. If you don't notice any issues with Frame Gen, your experience will likely be much more solid than that on the PS5. Either way, it is down to you. With PC you can choose your performance targets whereas with PS5 you are limited to what they specify for you. The benchmark dips quite drastically at the camp, the entrance to windward planes and the village. This is likely representative of what your gameplay will be like.
The thing about PC gaming is that you can just turn the graphics down if you're not pulling perfect performance. For people who care more about a smooth experience than a cutting edge one, this is an advantage that PC has over console. People never usually bring this up because it's a graphics dickswinging contest most of the time lol
While on PC were so close to our monitors even the smallest artifact or jagged pixel and small frame drop can bug us.
