All i want to play is Wilds

I cannot currently enjoy any game that is not Wilds, i run the benchmark test just so i can see Wilds.

I can barely wait, i am counting down to the pre-load that starts on the 25th at 9pm PT. I look forward to seeing the game in my downloads, watching my 700KBs download speed slowly give me the game that should finish right as the game releases.

I will even skip the high rez textures just so i can play sooner.

same, I have been flipping through my games, play for, idk...10 minutes? Then shut it off.
Today I finally settled on ff4 3d remake on steam - I'm just gonna try and get my 100% achievements on this since im 80% of the way there anyway. Hopefully grinding that will suffice until next week.

same. finished bloodborne on shadps4 and a second playthrough of roadwarden this weekend. i barely want to even start something new because no matter what i'll drop it the minute mh:wilds comes out

I have been playing Lies of P and some Space Marine 2, but they are not Wilds.

Same, the only thing that has been fun is playing old custom game types/maps on the master chief collection with friends.

I used to be like this when I was younger, but I grew out of it. Why? Primarily because overhyping yourself for something, you know, building yourself up to it? Can lead to some pretty disappointing outcomes. So, I go in expecting nothing and if I am surprised? Awesome! If not, well, nothin lost! I enjoyed the beta, but it isn't a life changing gameplay experience for me.

I feel ya, ELDEN RING was the same for me, it felt like everything was a snails pace.

Thankfully 3D modelling kinda just devours hours when you get into the zone, I'm working away on a glove or small part, next thing I know 6 hours have gone by.
