nice find. but I have fund left in my steam wallet and also I have regional pricing so buying directly from steam is much cheaper

Maybe, That's depending on how well it sale goes.

Tho by Chirstmas, it will be almost 1 year old, so 20%-33% is quite likely.
50% may be a bit much until the Expansion hit tho.

The % off is coming out of the profit of the site giving you the sale. So Capcom gets 70%, Valve gets 30%. These sites are probably giving Capcom 70%, maybe higher, like lets say 75%, and giving consumers some of those savings as well. This will not happen on Steam because it would have to come out of Valve's, Capcom's, or boths cut.
