unlikely, that only really happens if they dont expect it to sell well for whatever reason, especially on larger games like this.

18%, legit authorized reseller that works directly with Capcom. Same as in all the other usual places, Gamesbillet, GreenManGaming, etc.

As usual, they are actual authorized resellers and not grey market key distributors. No excuses now.
