Game crashes when pressing the new game buttom.
When trying to start the game from the menu, the game just crashes to desktop with no error message or anything.

specs:
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 16GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8GHz
RAM: 32GB 2133 MHz
Windows 10

I played the beta previously and while it didn't run great, it at least started, but since then I have upgraded my GPU from an RTX 2070 Super to the Radeon RX 9070.
I used DDU to clear out any remnants of Nvidia drivers and such when I upgraded and I have installed the latest drivers for my current GPU.

I have a feeling that latest nvidia driver is the culprit. My crashes only happened after I upgraded to the newest driver. Sometimes it crashed while it's at the title screen(where the movie zoomed into the coffee?), sometimes after logging into the single player online mode, sometimes after speaking to Gemma. All of these were black screens with sending report crashes.

Sounds like a permission issue, that i crashes because ot can not create a savegame.

- make sure you run the game with admin permissions
- make sire the drive you have steam installed on has enough free space for the savegames
- make sure no antivirus/3rd party app does block the game/app
- remove all mods/reframework if applied
- delete the "shaders.cache" file and let it rerender it

It creates a savegame before I press the start game button though. The savegame has already been created. That's where it stores stuff like accessibility, language, brightness, controls, etc.

I tried running it as admin and there was no change or improvement.

I have no antivirus running. I have no other apps running in the background other than steam.

The drive has over 90GB of free storage

There are no mods installed since I've never played the game other than the beta.

I deleted the shader cache and re-compiled the shaders with no change in behavior.

Please delete the current savegame file and disable steamcloud. Could be corrupted savegame.
