2 Charge Blade
3 Sword n Shield
Lance
Dual Swords
Bow - Let's face it, bows are more like a shotgun with a harpoon.
Charge Blade - Big Sword, but flashy.
EDIT: Added vague reasons.
Lance
Gunlance
Hopefully the G Rank expansion adds a bunch of different attacks and/or playstyles like Sunbreak did. Some weapons got done really dirty like IG which lost a huge amount of options and now moves like you're in slowmo.
Flash Pods
Hammer
Charge Blade
Sword and Shield
Hammer
Sword and Shield (in other titles Gunlance instead)
Switch Axe. I haven't played much in Wilds yet TBH, but from the bit I've played I like it a lot. Much better than the Rise version which I did not care for.
Great Sword. Its Great Sword, hard to mess it up (other than 1st Gen where you couldn't charge)
BOW
LS
#2: Guild Knight Sabers
#3: Paladin Lance
#1. Bow.
#2. HBG.
#3. LBG.
For this game it is the same three but probably in reverse order. The Bow just doesn't perform as well in Wilds nor World as it does in the other games due to locked shot types to different moves.
