thats the max hunter rank tho everything is currently unlocked at HR50 i believe

I remember the last thing that I unlocked was Arkveld and was probably around HR50.

Edit: Just checked and apparently at HR100 you unlock being able to meld the 4 different kinds of weapon fragments.
