giving more powerfull mechanics to hunters and nerf monsters wasnt the best move imo
they already did this in world and i hope they can fix it, cause how it is now its just a walkthrough for anyone who has played more than 2 mh games before
at this point i really miss anjanat, kirin and nergigante xD
That being what it is, is inevitable. What we need is sort of a new "Generations" / "Ultimate" edition.
You're still just paying to Test the Alpha Fanboys.
Currently playing again and loving it, emulating it on the deck and dont even have to do "the claw" to control the camera these days.
No resources with markers or even labelled so you actually have to look for items.
No always knowing exactly where each and every monster is, you lose it its on you.
No names.
As it should be.
I had no idea the devs were trying to market monster pool schedules as a "system"
For a second I thought I had missed some mechanic and just powered through it.
The massive difficulty complaint can easily be fixed with several free Title Updates. The lack of content? Remember the Kulve Taroth siege was World's big endgame for High Rank and that didn't come until a Title Update.
True. I thank you all for your sacrifice.
Just give us some good fights with title updates, something like arch tempered elders. New armor sets for the arch tempered fights, just like in base world, they had alpha and beta sets, and arch tempered gave us gamma sets. One good cross-over fight too.
idk, the whole rotating seasons is pretty fresh for me so i give it a thumbs up. I do agree the charm of having a beautiful hub like Astera is what im hoping we get someday, but considering they're discovering a new land compared to MHW where Astera has been for a while based on NPCs saying they were born there so having a fully functional "village" is to be expected.
Completely agree with the comment about Wilds being at it's weakest right now though! It's first release so we just gotta wait for the updates, dlcs, and rotating events.
honestly, if someone asks me which MH game to get, I'd still say world without any hesitation.
