I think its possible with a high end GPU + FG

i play with HDR in 4k Max DLSS qual + FG and get 130-150 FPS (Sometimes/rare to 125) with a 4090 (+ high res. text.)

I do not doubt that. I have once troubleshooted the PC of a streamer who has a display worth alone almost 3k. They too have great FPS at 4k native and they often share screenshots, which take my breath away whenever I see them.

Even Assassins Creed, the ninja one which seems to be new, looks georgous on that.

i bought my LG OLED 55" 4k in 2021 with Gsync, HDR, 120Hz and other stuff
Its beautiful to game on a nice TV/Monitor

I got a old 750€ IPS 1440P 165Hz Monitor and i would never go back lol

I just know it is something which I cannot afford with my pension. But they earned it through their well paid job in critical infrastructure. So I just admire them having something akin to OLED, curved, in a size which altogether looks larger than my desk from IKEA

But yeah, I can totally imagine - once used to that, you will never want to go back. Whether you can is also another thing

A screenshot doesn't display the quality of their monitor only resolution. and no one is running this native with good frames lol cope harder

with my 4090 i get without DLSS and FG stable FPS. not 120 but enough to play
Its just smoother and i want my 120 FPS min in 4k

and i dont know what you are doing but the game looks great on my System.

+ If you play a little bit with Nvidia Control panel (Colour-settings) its way better then "normal".
Did the same with my old 1440P Monitor and its so much better with a few other settings
