Do we ever get anywhere to display endemic life?

Something I really enjoyed about MH: World was being able to display all the fave endemic life I'd caught. Do we get our own building or something later in the game to do this? A tent, a room, anything?

I believe i read that the first major update in april is bringing back the gathering hub and POSSIBLY housing? Not sure if i read it right.
