MH Wilds keeps opening on my 2nd monitor

If you're on Windows,
Windows Key + Shift + Arrow Key
will move any window to your other screen.

You may have your 2nd monitor set as monitor 1 in the display settings.

Assuming your windows:

Windows > System > Display. You can now verify here which is your primary monitor.

Or, if you're like me: double check the back of your machine that your plugs are in the right order. I just got a new PC and didn't realize I had plugged my primary monitor into my CPU/Integrated graphics card and my primary into my dedicated GPU. Made a quick swap and everything is running much smoother for me

I wish that was true, I also have this issue, it's almost like this for any Capcom game a bug they fixed on resident evil than now, here too, most likely some code from RE-engine.

It randomly did that for me a couple times. Haven't tested it more but it seems to happen when I turn on my second monitor before the first one when booting.

A workaround is to edit the config file to use your desired monitor and then set it to read only. Keep in mind that this will prevent any settings you change in-game from being saved though.

I have not fully-fledged tested this try puting "-adapter 0" 0=main display in launch option
