Cannot accept quest One Thick Veil
I am HR 35 and have killed a high ranking Uth Duna but am completely unable to accept the quest "One Thick Veil". Even though I'm higher than HR 30, the game says "Cannot accept/join because required progression has not been met." What am I missing?

idk where you at but high rank apex is at HR 41... and uth duna is considered and apex monster
