Crashes on Equipment menu, forge menu and so

I've been experiencing crashes when spending some time in menus like forging armor/weapons, fusing jewels or when talking to the npc that gives you oricalcite. This is so frustrating that I'm HR 100+ with half of my armor being low rank.
Can't spend time trying to change my build without the risk of the game crashing and losing time.
I have 70 hours of playtime on steam, but the games shows roughly 63. I've lost nearly 7 hours o gameplay due to this crashes, it's really frustrating.
I have not found anyone with the same kind of crashes on reddit, and tried everythng I found about other common crashes (FrameGen, running as admin, deleting cache, etc)

Has anyone found a solution to this?

It seems very easy to me, but if you tried everything then give it up.

What did you do?

I play 13 hours without crash and now since i'am in expert map i experience very many crash in random situation, specialy when i'am in camp. It's really problematic.

I've experienced this twice in a row. It's happening the moment I enter the menu and the crash crashes my entire computer. I know my pc can handle the game but I can not go into the menu to change armor at all.
