Why so many titles?

This game seems to have like nothing good for rewards for high HR's.

the Nameplates, the backgrounds, all worth while. But why is there like a new title, every time you rank up?

It's honestly gotten to a point where I think the dev's just randomly threw in words to an AI generation and called it a day.

I'd really rather have backgrounds, and nameplates to show my HR, time, or rare things I've captured and such.

The game literally FLOODS you with title's which about maybe .05% of players will ever use.
