What CPU to pair with RTX 5070
I am thinking Ryzen 5 7600 for now and mostly play 1440p. I'm okay with frame Gen and upscaling. Anyone else have this combo?

If your seeking upgrade 9800X3D check your board if needs a bios update if you can't a 7800X3D will do the job.

Idk man just put a pentium 2 in it, should work fine.
Ryzen 7600 is a 6 core cpu. Go for a 8 cores, thats standard for today.
A Ryzen 9700x or the x3d cpu's would fit good and for several years.
But it all depends on your budget and what games you play usually.

Am running game fine with a 5600x, generation before this one I think ? or a couple back, on a 4070ti. The recommendation to go for more than 7600 is valid, but if budget doesn't permit or you have to skimp on other parts for it, maybe best to get a 7600. It'll work fine. ^^''
