Account Deleted Randomly
Just came home from work.. Grabbed a cold drink & loaded up MH
Spent 55 Hours on an account and it was deleted..
Who do I contact?... How do I get it back?!.. PLEASE HELP!!!

This has happened to a lot of people. Seems like Capcom screwed something up.

If your saves were not backed up to Steam Cloud they might not be recoverable since the game stores the saves locally.

Wow they really deleted all my save files... So what now? I have to completely restart because Capcom randomly my account?

That's what a lot of people have reported.

It seems to have been happening after an update or crash. That's what the most common posts say.

Capcom really screwed this launch up.

Yeah this is why a few people here recommended you back up your saves daily/weekly. Idk who to blame, Steam or Capcom, maybe both but it's a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing to happen and most games don't have this problem on here.

Also hey this is random but ty for recommending me to give Rise another shot. I'm liking it a lot more this go around. :vanilla2:
steam cloud has messed up a few save on a few games it keep it turned off now for that reason
check your cloud saves you might be lucky enough to have a recent save to download
https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=2246340
then check the game save location on your pc
*if already got save files back it up in case*
then try to extract/override with the cloud download
turn off cloud save in steam game option try to launch
if it works you can then close game and reenable cloud

can you please detail on how to do this, i see some of my steamcloud files when i open your link but i have no idea what else im supposed to do 😭 i'm super desperate i just lost 150 hours worth of gameplay

You can see and download all your files stored in Steam Cloud by following this order of clicks. Help is in the top of bar of the Steam client. Once you are in the "Data related to your Steam account" section you will have to scroll down to find "Steam Cloud".

Help > Steam Support > My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account > Steam Cloud

150 hours lost is brutal.
