Too easy to reach 100% completionist (achievements)
People are already doing 100% in less than 90 hours. It took me almost a thousand hours (literally) to do 100% of World + Iceborne on PS4. Then, it took me almost 680 hours to do the same with Rise + Sunbreak.

This one is way too easy to get the crowns. Yet, the game is a masterpiece! I'm having fun playing it. Capcom, I know you did this because you want to "catch" a new audience, meaning you wanna reach the casuals. That's understandable.

If MH Wilds get, by any chance, a new DLC just like the others, bring us back that challenging game.

Took you that long because World had crowns that were hard to do. Investigations are saveable and because of that, crowns are done in like 6-10 hours. Alternatively, you can also exploit the game to get exactly what you want, though how and where, is up to you to find out. Personally, I don't care enough about achievements to do any of that. IF I get the crowns? Awesome, but they have never and will never be my goal.

It's because in MHW crowns are RNGs. When I played MHW on PC, I downloaded a crown mod which basically switched RNGs to % rate drop.

I never really make crown farming a priority because they give you events to get crowns :P
What is challenging about a mechanic that used to be entirely RNG?

Cuz it's not only about the RNG stuffs, but also about the monsters. They are way too easy to beat and defeat. Back in MHW, I used to spent almost an hour hunting down 5 monsters in the same quest/event, etc.

Also, they were harder to defeat. I often passed out by getting hit by their tails. These freaking monsters were used to spin around at once killing us with just a single hit, aka, one hit kill.

That used to piss me off, but at the same time it was bizarrely funny.

1k hours for Worldbourne is a massive skill issue. Most players did it in under 500. Even then, you're comparing a game with a DLC that doubled the game's size and had dozens of post launch updates with a game that has yet to even release it's first Title Update. 90 hours is a lot time. That is nearly 4 days of your life dedicated to one game. That sounds like you got your money's worth.

You also only have 180 hours in World, not 1k lmao, so you most likely cheated your achievements there anyway.

Crowns were RNGs, special creatures too. That has nothing to do with skills, but with lucky.

WOW

so if Wilds used same crown mechanics, you'd mod wilds too?

No, because I did on PC to avoid spending the same amount of time again. 1K hours is a lot. Otherwise, I would have done on MHR, which I didn't.

Its a mobile game. Those who defend how easy everything is in Wild are guarantee closet genshin impact players.

You don't have to. No one would spend over 600hr on Rise just to get those crowns using mods.

Genshin Impact is indeed a big RNG game, but you spent your money on it in every single try.

Capcom has been very clear that they want to capture the western audience, not necessarily
casuals.

Capcom's approach is understandable. Every company aims to increase their profits. I am not complaining about it, just pointing out my impressions of the game so far.

It is marvelous just like the previous ones. Its gameplay is catchy, addictive, etc.
