This isn't like MH World where it was better to Capture. They changed it.

i got all of my feelers from capturing. Why should i waste more time if i just can catch the gore? o.O

Well, I thought that too.... until I got one in the quest rewards from an Investigation.
So.... well.... you're just straight up wrong.
Honestly they've cheapened the hunt massively by making it available by ANY OTHER means than breaking the horns in his awakened state. That said, it is actually really damned difficult to break his horns in awakened state now. I tried for like 3 or 4 hunts before I got the reward randomly.
I wasn't going to stop capturing either way though since I didn't know you could even get them from carves. I was going for the break every time.

I actually have a feeling that you can get them from the post-quest rewards as well, I am not sure though, but I think you don't have to break them in order to get them. They are rare though.

you are not very bright and you've been getting less loot, which goes with the theme you aren't particularly smart, which is why your bait is trash also.

Decided to test this out of pure spite and you are wrong, you can still get feelers from investigations.

It's why investigations exist, to up the chances of you getting rarer rewards without having to actively break parts for them.

How about you just break the Part then? Says you got a 100% drop chance over a 11% drop chance if you carve it. And if you look at the list of Mats, there are 7 other pieces people may be wanting to get, they may not need a Feeler+, ever thought about that? The link i posted is from the MH wiki, and they confirm that Capturing does yield GREATER rewards, very few Rewards actually only come from carving, and some players may already have those pieces.

You can always start a Private lobby or find like minded people and do Private Squads.
