Arkvulkan Armour not unlocking

As title would suggest i can't get the Arkvulkan armour to appear in my crafting. I have done every quest up to hr75 (idk if more unlock) but ive seen folk HR40 wearing it. I've killed and captured, multiple normal and tempered arks. i have the g ark set unlocked but no regular.
If its bugged, annoying but i get it. But i cannot find ANYTHING and its starting to wind me up something fierce.

Maybe you've been fighting the Guardian temp/non-temp Arkvelds? What about normal non-guardian Arkveld?

same problem..just have arkveld and temp arkveld but not arkvulcan?

Same stuff for me. I'm lv 130, finished main history, killed every kind of Arkweld monster, and Arkvulcan set isn't unlocked.
Same for G. Fulgur set..
I hope someone solve this mistery

The Arkveld armor IS the arkvulcan armor. If you look at the high rank equipment from Gemma, go to the arkveld armor then look above the picture of the armor it will say Arkvulcan Mail, or Arkvulcan Helm. It has two names for some stupid reason.
