Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wilds

View Stats:
After 2 weeks, I'm out of stuff to do
I have a billion of every monster part.
I have meta builds for every weapon.
I've killed every monster countless times.
I'm bored. After 2 weeks.

We're getting Mizu in the next update. Wow. And then what? We farm that for a week and get a billion of those monster parts and maybe a new meta build for each weapon, hopefully?

The game has nothing to keep me going. I'm going back to World, I think.

You spend more time on the game in two weeks than the average person spends working.
If that´s the kind of person you are, one game alone will never be enough.

Personally i'm still playing, use different weapons or play different games its up to you. When world released on PC I was done within 2 weeks also, all there was to do was farm odagon for attack jewels while waiting for content even though the game had been out on console for months...
Yep, same here.

Just gotta hope they introduce a proper end-game similar to World and other titles. Something to actually grind for.

Unironically installing World again myself, have like 700 hours and still haven't got a few decorations for my build, let alone making new ones.

I got double the hours on world before I got to this point. Wilds is a minimum viable product launch (worst UI in gaming history, no exaggeration) that not only failed to innovate beyond World, but it also was super dumbed down to where tempered is no longer tempered; the difficulty is a joke. It was far too easy to blast through wild's content and now they're trying to act like they're coming with all these good faith "free title updates" that the game absolutely should have launched with. So gracious- you're adding content that the unfinished game should have launched with after an 8 year wait. I've seen more innovation in a yearly slop release game than the 7-8 years between releases here.

Lol, let's see who can finish the install first! ;)

Right. Blame the gamer. Not the game.
As I said, I'm going back to WORLDS. Because THAT is the standard of Monster Hunter game we should expect.

I'm not going to crap on Wilds just yet, but at release there is just very little content, and the monster fights are mostly bad. Arkveld is a good fight, and enjoyable, but it's the only GOOD endgame fight. And it's just, why is there only one? Why is there only one good endgame fight?
Worlds base game had Xeno, Nergi, Kushala, Vaal, Teostra... amazing endgame fights. It just doesn't compare.
Worlds first title update was Deviljho. Wilds first title update will be Mizo. It just doesn't compare.

So you mean go fish for 40 hours? No thanks.
Another train is announcing its departure? :re3charlie:

This game wasn't made for those who play video games on daily basis. It was mad for the soccer mom that has 2h a week to play a video game while their kid is doing homework.

This is whom Capcom aimed this time around with Wilds. Smart stuff tbh.

When Worlds dropped on console I was legitimately home sick. It wasn't even on my radar but I installed it and then played nothing but Worlds for 6 months straight.

That's always reserved for the expansion, pretty much with every Monster Hunter, the grind/end game is officially launched with the Expansion.

This train is announcing that further trains will be cancelled until the rails are fixed.
