By connecting to the internet.

No kidding, that is the standard error code of the game telling you it cannot connect. So check your network settings accordingly and make sure the correct ports are opened and forwarded.

IF that does not help, check if changing DNS and the usage of VPN helps.

But in 99,999996% it is your internet security or hardware blocking the connection.

Like some people accidently block the game on first launch by misclicking in the permissions Windows prompt ~

I dont really know how to check and adjust that in detail. I try to changes DNS but it does not work, I can still load steam pages and community or watch youtube in normal. Then, I remove game files from Data C:/ to Data D:/ and it works, I can connect but only for that time and lost the connection next time. It's very inconvenient, can I have some ways to get that in detail, please?
